HR Manager

with strong exposure to

manufacturing plant HR operations

.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end HR operations & payroll management Statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Labour Laws Attendance, shift management, manpower planning Recruitment for technical & non-technical roles Employee engagement & grievance handling Coordination with production & management teams Handling audits & maintaining HR documentation

Eligibility:

7-8 years HR experience in a

manufacturing company

(mandatory) Strong knowledge of IR, statutory compliance & plant HR Good communication & team-handling skills
