Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing by managing attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Assist in training and development programs for employees.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and support positive workplace culture.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Manage employee benefits such as PF, ESI, insurance, and reimbursements.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Support exit formalities including resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews
