Position Overview
The
Manager - HR & Administration
will be responsible for leading the company's
human resource strategy, operations, and administrative functions
, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational management to support the company's workforce, enhance productivity, and drive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities -
Human Resource Management
Design and implement HR policies, systems, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle -- recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and exit processes.
Lead
talent acquisition
efforts to attract and retain top talent within the real estate sector.
Develop and execute
employee engagement programs
to foster motivation, recognition, and workplace satisfaction.
Drive the implementation of
HR digital tools and analytics
for data-driven decision-making.
Ensure timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.
Advise leadership on
manpower planning, organizational structure, and succession management
.
Performance & Culture
Lead the annual performance management cycle, setting KPIs and aligning individual objectives with business strategy.
Promote a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives.
Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate leadership and technical development programs.
Implement employee relations and grievance handling mechanisms to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Administration & Compliance
Oversee office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and infrastructure upkeep.
Manage company logistics, travel arrangements, and administrative support systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Support financial and procurement teams with documentation, audits, and budgetary control.
Strategic HR & Governance
Partner with management on strategic HR planning, workforce forecasting, and cost optimization.
Contribute to organizational governance by aligning HR policies with ESG, ethics, and sustainability objectives.
Participate in leadership discussions on culture, transformation, and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or equivalent (MBA/MPM).
8-12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in
HR operations, talent management, and administration
within the
real estate or construction sector
preferred.
Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
