Design and update job descriptions
Recruit potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, facebook etc)
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Look out for new hires and help them onboard Requirements
Induction programme for employee providing information with company details, policies, unit level Introduction.
Forming out documentation kit for the new joinee with all the requirement as per the company policy and opening bank account for the new joinee
Handling all the employee engagement activity
Record mainting of Inventory and distributing all the needed inventory to new joinee ( Dairies,phone,laptops,uniform,batches,etc)
Keeping record of active and non-active employee with enabling/disabiling fitness force software IDs.
Checking out the for the resignation given by the employee as per the company policy
Look out for the retention process
Making sure that the Handover process are smoothly done with submitting of all the company assests
Handing out the appointment and confirmation letter to the employee
Handing out the reliving and experience letter to the employee

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
