We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions across our operations. This role requires a people-oriented leader who can align human capital strategies with business goals, foster a performance-driven culture, and manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention.
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives and future growth
Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for technical and non-technical staff across service centres. Create robust training and development programs to upskill the workforce.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation frameworks to promote accountability, recognition, and growth.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Cultivate a positive and compliant work culture; address grievances, drive engagement initiatives, and promote open communication.
Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure full compliance with local labour laws and industry regulations. Develop and update HR policies and manuals.
Compensation & Benefits: Lead benchmarking and development of competitive compensation structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
HR Technology: Drive the implementation of HRMS systems and digital tools to streamline HR operations and reporting.
Workforce Planning & Analytics: Provide insights through HR data analytics for workforce optimization and cost efficiency.
Key Skills -
Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
6-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the automotive sector, Service Industry.
Proven experience in managing multi-location teams and unionized environments is an advantage.
Must have very good experience of Head hunting of front line staff across India
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HRMS and data-driven decision-making.
Well verse with latest AI driven tools and solutions to automate HR processes
