Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires. Maintain and update employee records and master data.

2. Employee Engagement & Welfare



Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs. Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys. Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution in a professional manner. Ensure a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.

3. Performance Management



Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle (probation review, mid-year, and annual appraisals). Support managers in setting KPIs and performance goals. Track and report performance outcomes to management.

4. Payroll & Compliance



Coordinate with accounts/finance for timely salary processing. Oversee statutory compliance -- PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and other applicable laws. Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws and HR-related regulations. Ensure accurate documentation for audits and inspections.

5. Training & Development



Identify training needs through regular performance reviews and feedback. Organize internal and external training programs. Maintain training records and assess effectiveness.

6. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Oversee attendance, leave management, and discipline. Support organizational change and policy implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 5-10 years of experience in HR Generalist/Managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance. Experience in HRMS/Payroll software (e.g., Zoho, GreytHR, etc.) preferred.
