Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Coordinate performance appraisals and support training & development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations.
Support management in manpower planning and HR strategy execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of HR experience
, preferably in a corporate or service-based environment.
Strong knowledge of
HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliances
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP software.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
