Role Summary
The HR Manager will lead end-to-end human resource functions, build people-centric systems, and support capacity development across the organization. The role requires strong HR expertise with labour law knowledge, a social-sector orientation, and the ability to work closely with field teams
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for field and office teams.
Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and staff welfare practices.
Facilitate training, capacity building, and leadership development across organizations.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, organizational policies, and social-sector standards.
Support employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Maintain HR records, MIS, and data consistency across all organizational units.
Coordinate welfare initiatives and benefits for staff where applicable.
Strengthen organizational culture aligned with dignity, equity, and community-centric values.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
Postgraduate degree in HRM, Social Work, or related field. Graduates with relevant experience in HR can also apply
8 to 12 years of HR experience; exposure to the social sector preferred.
Strong understanding of HR systems, labour compliance, and people management.
Ability to engage with diverse teams and grassroots communities.
Excellent communication in English and Marathi Languages, documentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, empathy, and conflict management skills.
Comfort with field engagement and community-centric processes.
