to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes within our real estate organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting a high-performance culture aligned with the company's goals.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles - sales, engineering, site staff, etc.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and negotiate offers.
Develop talent pipelines and maintain candidate database.
2. Onboarding & Induction:
Design and implement onboarding plans for new hires.
Conduct induction sessions for new employees.
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.
Promote employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback systems.
Foster a positive work environment through open communication.
4. HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws and industry practices.
