About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic
HR Manager
to lead all aspects of HR operations -- from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare experience and a passion for building great workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR processes -- recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, exits.
Design and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with business and clinical teams for workforce planning.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Maintain HR analytics, MIS, and performance reports.
Drive learning, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field.
5-7 years of HR experience in healthcare.
Deep understanding of labor laws and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Passion for women's health and organizational growth.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
