The Role

We're hiring an

HR Manager

to lead and strengthen our people operations. This is a strategic role where you'll shape our HR policies, drive talent acquisition, foster employee engagement, and build a high-performing organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage employee engagement, performance appraisals, and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field 2-3 years of HR experience (management experience preferred) Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
