As the HR Manager at aPLS Web Development, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs, ensure the proper implementation of company strategy, and contribute to making aPLS an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent in web development, design, and related fields.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with company values.
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on workplace issues.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance review programs to drive high performance.
Collaborate with department managers to ensure clear objectives, goals, and feedback loops.
Compensation & Benefits:
Develop competitive compensation strategies and ensure timely payroll processing.
Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure company policies are updated and in line with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
Training & Development:
Develop training programs to improve employee skills and support career development.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the tech or web development industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus.
