Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role within the real estate or construction sector.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
