Job Description

Job Summary:



The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions of the manufacturing unit including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, training & development, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices in a manufacturing setup and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Plan and execute recruitment drives for staff, technicians, and management roles. Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding formalities. Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely hiring as per production requirements.

2. HR Operations & Administration



Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing. Maintain and update employee personal files, HRMS data, and records. Handle employee grievance redressal and ensure a healthy work environment.

3. Statutory Compliance



Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, etc. Coordinate with government authorities and auditors for HR-related inspections. Maintain statutory registers and submit monthly/annual returns as required.

4. Performance Management



Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI). Assist management in setting performance targets and conducting reviews. Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare



Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities. Promote discipline, motivation, and teamwork among employees. Conduct periodic communication meetings and feedback sessions.

6. HR Policy & Strategy



Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Contribute to long-term HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Advise management on organizational structure and change management.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
