Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, sales, and operations roles.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain HR administration and update employee records, attendance.
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal SOPs.
3. Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA-based).
Guide department heads in goal setting and review processes.
Identify training needs and plan learning & development initiatives.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Build a positive, transparent, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
Handle grievance redressal and ensure a healthy employee relations environment.
5. Strategic HR & Management Support
Partner with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Contribute to policy formation, HR budgeting, and manpower forecasting.
Support digital HR transformation and automation of processes.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting.
Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving approach.
Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
3+ years of relevant experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing or engineering setup).
