Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies. Create compelling job descriptions and manage the recruitment process. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution

Address employee concerns and grievances promptly. Mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment. Promote open communication channels between staff and management.

Performance Management

Establish performance appraisal systems aligned with organizational goals. Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Training and Development

Identify training needs and develop relevant programs. Facilitate continuous learning and professional development. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

Design and manage competitive compensation packages. Oversee employee benefits programs. Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.

Compliance and Legal Responsibilities

Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations. Ensure organizational policies adhere to legal standards. Manage risk related to employment practices.

HR Policy Development and Implementation

Create and enforce workplace policies. Ensure policies are aligned with company values and objectives. Regularly review and update policies to maintain relevance.

Employee Engagement and Retention

Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Implement retention programs to reduce turnover. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improvement.

HR Analytics and Reporting

Utilize HR data to make informed decisions. Monitor key HR metrics like turnover rates and employee satisfaction. Provide regular reports to senior management.

Organizational Development and Change Management

Support organizational change initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Align HR strategies with business growth and transformation.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Master's (Preferred)
Experience:

HR: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) Payroll: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
