to manage end-to-end Human Resource functions -- from recruitment to performance management and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, strong in coordination and communication, and able to independently handle people-related processes across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles (screening, interviews, coordination, offers).
Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct employee onboarding and documentation.
2. Performance Management
Coordinate the annual/quarterly appraisal process.
Maintain employee performance records and generate review summaries.
Assist in goal-setting and KPI tracking.
3. HR Policies & Compliance
Draft, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local labor laws.
Maintain employee data, leave records, and attendance summaries.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare periodic HR reports (attrition, recruitment, attendance, performance, etc.).
Conduct analysis to support decision-making on manpower planning and HR strategies.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute engagement initiatives, communication drives, and feedback sessions.
Promote positive work culture, discipline, and team alignment.
