Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager - HR (Compensation and Benefits) to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role will provide strategic guidance on compensation and benefits to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Compensation Strategy:



- Develop and implement compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs that align with business objectives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive salary ranges and bonus structures.

2.

Benefits Administration:



- Design, implement, and communicate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

3.

Job Evaluation and Grading:



- Develop and maintain a job evaluation framework to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

- Conduct job evaluations and grading to determine salary ranges and career progression paths.

4.

Performance Management:



- Collaborate with managers and HR teams to develop performance management frameworks and guidelines.

- Ensure performance ratings and compensation decisions are fair, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

5.

Analytics and Reporting:



- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track compensation and benefits metrics, including salary trends, bonus payouts, and benefits utilization.

- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

6.

Compliance:



- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements:



- MBA/HR degree with specialization in Compensation and Benefits

- 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, laws, and regulations

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience with HR systems, including HRIS and compensation software

Nice to Have:



- Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP)

- Experience in a global or multinational company

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
