About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee and strengthen the people function across our network of hospitals. This role involves
frequent travel
to multiple units, ensuring that our HR policies, processes, and culture are consistently implemented and aligned with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HR operations across multiple hospital units.
Travel regularly to various hospital locations to support local HR teams and leadership.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital regulations, and statutory requirements.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exits.
Build and implement policies, engagement activities, and grievance handling procedures.
Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, leave, and time office activities.
Work closely with unit heads to ensure manpower planning and staffing efficiency.
Drive culture initiatives, employee engagement, and retention programs.
Handle audits, inspections, and ensure smooth documentation for compliance.
Support talent development and training across hospitals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8 years of HR experience (preferably in healthcare/service industry).
Willingness to travel extensively across hospital units.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and hospital HR operations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proactive, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
