HR Manager

Key responsibilities



Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
?Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
?Performance Management: Implementing performance systems and conducting reviews.
?Training and Development: Identifying training needs and supporting career growth.
?HR Policies and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and updating policies.
?Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing payroll and managing benefits programs.HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing data for HR strategy and reporting.
Experience

over 6 years in HR, at the minimum, with some roles preferring leadership experience.
?Worked with an Organisation of 1000 + Employees
Skills: Strong communication, knowledge of HR practices and laws, proficiency in HR software, problem-solving, leadership, and organisational skills are essential
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
