Candidates should have logistic industry experience (Sea and Air Logistics).

? Finalization of Staffs Salary accurately.

? Attendance checking, checking of Salary Slips, preparation of salary break up

? Compliances of HR Statutory requirement on schedules as per Law (LWF / TDS / PT / PF /

ESIC )

? Overlooking End to End Recruitment up to Pan India Level

? Ensuring smooth flow of lifecycle of employee's - from recruitment till retirement.

? Leave calculation - Confirmed employees, LTA & Bonus Generation

? Knowledge of state wise minimum wages act

? Knowledge of Income Tax and Income Tax Documents Scrutiny

? Admin - AMC renewal / Insurance renewal / membership renewal / Shop & Establishment

? HR Monthly MIS Reports checking & Finalization

? Other activities related to HR.

? Plan, conduct & ensure employee's performance appraisal

? Plan and conduct employee engagement activities

? Preparing HR Policies and coming up with new ideas and innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
