Requisites:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the

real estate or construction sector

. Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, site, and back-office roles.

2. Performance Management

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA-based). Assist in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

Develop and execute engagement activities to boost employee morale. Address employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.

4. Training & Development

Identify training needs, plan sessions for sales and operations teams. Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation.

6. Policy & Process Implementation

Formulate, review, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure HR policies are aligned with company values and government regulations. Develop job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct interviews. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
