Royaleblue Hospitalities India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager with 2-5 years of experience who is well-versed in labour laws, statutory compliances, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and building a healthy organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records as per legal and organizational requirements.
Liaise with labour departments and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Labour Law, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR management with a focus on labour law compliances.
Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR best practices.
