:

We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to oversee

end-to-end HR operations

, including

recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity), employee relations, performance management, and training & development

. The role involves managing HR processes, maintaining labor law compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in

HR, Business Administration, or related field

; Master's preferred.

5 years

of HR experience, preferably in Hiring, payroll/compliance roles. Hands-on with

HRMS

Strong knowledge of

Indian labor laws

and HR policies. Excellent

communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
