. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client requirements, supervising HR and payroll teams, and ensuring smooth execution of all HR operations and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a contact point for client HR requirements and ensure effective service delivery.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including Performance Management, Payroll processing, and Statutory Compliance.
Manage and mentor the HR and payroll team to achieve accuracy and timely execution of deliverables.
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and service-level agreements.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, documentation, and MIS for management and clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum
6 years of experience
in HR operations, preferably in an outsourcing or service-oriented environment.
Strong knowledge of payroll management, PMS, statutory compliance, and HR processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and teams efficiently.
