Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training & development, and performance appraisals.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support effective workforce planning.
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Conduct employee induction, maintain HR records, and handle grievance management.
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.
Manage attendance and employee leaves.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 4-6 years) in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
