Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & Administration



Manage end-to-end HR functions at the plant/factory level. Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance requirements.

2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law



Ensure compliance with labor laws such as Factories Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc. Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns. Conduct audits related to HR and statutory compliance.

3. Workforce & Shift Management



Manage manpower planning and deployment across multiple shifts. Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure optimal staffing. Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime management using HRMS or manual systems.

4. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations



Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling. Maintain harmonious industrial relations and engage with trade unions where applicable. Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities regularly.

5. Recruitment & Talent Management



Manage recruitment for factory staff, workers, and supervisory roles. Coordinate with manpower consultants or contract labor agencies as needed. Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.

6. Health, Safety & Welfare



Collaborate with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team to ensure compliance. Promote workplace safety culture and support safety training initiatives. Oversee canteen, transport, and other welfare facilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
