Salary range offered to them : 30,000 to 45,000 Per Month
Office Timings : 10.00 am to 6.30 Pm.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and people-oriented HR professional to manage core human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, and compliance. The role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and practices, especially in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, and references.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Maintain a positive work environment and handle grievances professionally.
Conduct employee engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions.
Support performance reviews and appraisals.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Track probation, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Administrative Support:
Manage joining kits, ID cards, office supplies for new employees.
Coordinate with vendors (recruitment agencies, training providers, etc.)
Requirements:
2-6 years of HR experience (real estate industry preferred).
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS tools and Excel.
Understanding of labour laws and basic compliance requirements.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BA, BBA)
MBA in HR or Postgraduate Diploma in HR preferred
