Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies
aligned with business goals.
Manage
end-to-end HR operations
including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Collaborate with department heads to plan
manpower and staffing requirements

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data through
HRMS software (SumHR preferred)
.
Organize
employee engagement initiatives
(Fun Fridays, events, and recognition programs).
Oversee
performance tracking, HR documentation, and policy implementation
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resource Management
, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience

Proficiency in
HRMS tools (SumHR experience preferred)

Strong
leadership, communication, and organizational
skills.
Knowledge of
recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance
