We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented
HR Manager
to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and identify training needs.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.
Maintain HR data, records, and MIS reports.
Partner with management to drive organizational culture and employee development.
Manage employee retention and succession planning initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience (5-8 years) as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
