Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Foster a positive and engaging work culture.
Conduct employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Performance Management & Appraisals
Implement and manage PMS (Performance Management System).
Support managers in goal setting, reviews, and career development.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and organize development programs.
Drive initiatives for skill enhancement and leadership development.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and implement HR policies as per statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Conduct salary benchmarking and support C&B strategies.
Strategic HR Initiatives
Align HR strategies with business objectives.
Drive organizational development and change management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner (5-8 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
