Administer payroll and benefits programs
Benchmark salaries and benefits for competitiveness
Explain compensation policies to employees
Manage leave policies (sick leave, vacation, maternity/paternity)

Training & Development
Assess training needs and create development plans
Organize internal or external training programs
Monitor employee performance and track development progress
5.
Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems
Support goal setting and regular feedback cycles
Manage promotions, raises, and disciplinary actions

Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (local and national)
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks
Maintain employee records and HR documentation

HR Data & Reporting
Use HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to manage employee data
Generate HR reports (turnover rates, headcount, diversity metrics, etc.)
Analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making

Organizational Development
Support change management initiatives
Contribute to workforce planning and organizational design
Assist with succession planning and talent management
