Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Posting job advertisements and screening resumes. Coordinating and conducting interviews. Managing job offers, employment contracts, and new hire documentation. Conducting orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.

2. Employee Records Management



Maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and employee files.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration



Assisting in payroll processing (collecting attendance, leaves, etc.). Managing employee benefits like health insurance, provident fund, etc. Addressing employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and deductions.

4. Attendance & Leave Management



Tracking employee attendance, leaves, and absences. Enforcing attendance policies and leave procedures.

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare



Organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Supporting internal communication and feedback mechanisms.

6. Compliance & Policy Implementation



Ensuring HR policies comply with labor laws and internal guidelines. Assisting in audits and legal documentation as required. Implementing and enforcing company HR policies and code of conduct.

7. Performance Management



Coordinating performance appraisal processes. Supporting managers in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
