Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
Drive performance management processes (appraisals, feedback systems, KPIs).
Design and execute training & development programs to upskill employees.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Maintain HR records, payroll inputs, and attendance systems.
Support organizational change management and workforce planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
5-10 years of HR experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
