Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
End-to-end recruitment for finance, accounts, and support functions.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related concerns.
Conduct employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
Handle grievances with professionalism and ensure fair resolution.
3. Performance Management
Implement appraisal systems and track performance reviews.
Align employee goals with business objectives.
Support managers in identifying training & development needs.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, financial sector regulations, and company policies.
Maintain updated HR documentation and records.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
5. Learning & Development
Coordinate training programs related to finance compliance, soft skills, and leadership.
Collaborate with external trainers or institutes as required.
6. HR Operations
Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, TDS, etc.).
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Ensure HRMS/HRIS is updated accurately.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR practices in the finance domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and finance industry compliance.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Additional certifications in HR/IR or Finance HR specialization preferred.
