Shift / Work Timings 9.30 to 6.00 ( flexible 1 hours) , 2nd and 4th

Good Communication Skills

Proactive at work, KRA, KPI, Payroll. Excel (advanced)

Team Leader: Factory HR, HR Recruiter, HR Payroll, HR Generalist - these will be reporting to HR Manager

? Managing Team 4/5 people

? Performance / Appraisal

? Onboarding Procedure - Overlooking

? Joining formalities - Overlooking

? Induction - Overlooking

? Exit Formalities - Overlooking

? Approving Payroll - HRMS Software

? Employee Engagement & Grievances

? Expat Salary / Marketing team Salary

? Recruitment

? Negotiation
