Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Thane. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting and hiring, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HR initiatives and policies to support the company's objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources with proven success in managing employee relations, recruiting and hiring, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and applicable laws and regulations Experience in managing payroll and HR compliances Experience in managing employee engagement activites Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
