Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Ensure a healthy and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes.
Assist in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance systems.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
Promote continuous learning and employee development initiatives.
Policy & Compliance
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement
Drive engagement initiatives and activities to enhance employee morale and retention.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
