Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions across departments.
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
Manage interviews, onboarding, and orientation programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.
Resolve employee grievances and support conflict management.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.

Performance Management
Implement appraisal systems and monitor KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Identify training & development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and HR regulations.
Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Payroll & Benefits
Coordinate payroll and ensure accuracy in processing.
Oversee leave management, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
Strategic HR Initiatives
Contribute to workforce planning and organizational growth strategies.
Implement HR best practices to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Support management in driving productivity and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality / F&B sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office tools.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
