Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with
labor laws

Factories Act
, and
Companies Act
.
Maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) and handle audits/inspections.
Oversee HR operations: onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance, employee records.
Implement HR policies, resolve grievances, and support employee engagement.
Coordinate recruitment, performance management, and statutory training.
Requirements
Graduate in HR, Law, or Business (PG/Certifications a plus).
5 + years
of experience in HR & compliance (manufacturing/factory experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and practical HR implementation.
Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
