Position Overview

:

Seeking an HR Manager with 8+ years of experience, at least 3 years of managerial experience and 5 years in HR. Strong focus on payroll, attendance, employee engagement, and incentive management. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate in HR, with excellent communication skills and a track record of stability and leadership in HR roles.

Key Responsibilities

:

Payroll & Attendance

:

Oversee monthly payroll processing for accuracy and compliance. Manage attendance systems and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure leave balances and related records are accurate.

Employee Engagement & Retention

: Develop employee engagement programs (e.g., recognition, events). Address employee grievances and improve workplace satisfaction. Conduct employee surveys and implement actionable feedback.

Incentive & Compensation Management

: Design monthly incentive programs based on individual/team performance. Monitor and evaluate compensation structures and benefits packages. Ensure timely incentive payouts and employee satisfaction.

Onboarding

: Implement smooth onboarding processes for new employees.

Performance & Developmen

t: Lead performance appraisals and set up development plans. Design and implement training programs based on performance reviews.

Compliance & Reporting

: Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws. Generate HR reports on metrics like turnover, satisfaction, and engagement. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to regulations. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution capabilities.
Qualifications:

Education: MBA in Human Resources (or equivalent). HR Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred. Experience: At least 5 years in HR with 3+ years in managerial roles. Proven track record in payroll, attendance, and employee engagement. Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficient in payroll. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
