HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people strategy and ensure a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
What You'll Do
Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Build employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
Oversee performance management and development programs.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
