## Job Summary



We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our CBSE school's HR function. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that foster a positive, high-performance work culture. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and acting as a key advisor to the school leadership on all people-related matters.

## Responsibilities



? Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with the school's vision and CBSE guidelines.

? Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier educational and administrative talent.

? Manage performance appraisal systems, providing frameworks for feedback, professional growth, and career development.

? Oversee employee relations, acting as a trusted advisor to resolve concerns and maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.

? Design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

? Identify training needs and coordinate professional development workshops, in-service training, and certification programs for all staff.

? Ensure strict compliance with all educational regulations, labour laws, and statutory requirements.

? Maintain meticulous and confidential employee records and HR databases.

? Foster a positive school culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence in education.

## Skills



? Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high proficiency in English and Hindi (Proficiency in Marathi is a plus).

? Strong leadership abilities with experience in change management and strategic planning.

? Demonstrated skill in conflict resolution, negotiation, and handling sensitive issues with utmost discretion and empathy.

? In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in HR management.

? Proficiency in MS Office, and digital tools for efficient HR administration.
