Job Title: HR Manager - Gulf Department Location: Andheri / Mumbai Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations for our Gulf Department. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, managing recruitment, employee relations, and supporting employee development in the Gulf region. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals for the Gulf region. Provide HR support and guidance to leadership. 2. Recruitment: Manage recruitment for Gulf offices, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and compliance with local laws. 3. Employee Relations & Performance Management: Address employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and oversee performance management processes. 4. Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations across the Gulf region. 5. Training & Development: Identify training needs and promote continuous learning and employee development. 6. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation programs and ensure competitiveness and compliance with market standards. 7. HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HR records and provide reports on key HR metrics. 8. Health & Safety: Ensure employee health and safety in line with local regulations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred). 2. 2-3 years of HR management experience in the Gulf region. 3. Strong knowledge of Gulf labour laws. 4. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 5. Proficient in HR software and MS Office. 6. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
