HR Manager

You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on boarding guides) and updating internal databases.

You should have experience with HR procedure and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. You will be responsible for recruitment, development of talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities:



Main responsibility is to handle complete Human Resources duties for the company. Managing office assets and keep a record of the same. Preparing HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process. Source potential candidates from various online channels, Screen incoming resumes and application forms, and Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) and closing positions Orientating new employees and training existing employees. Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment. Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format. Update internal databases. (e.g. record different leaves) Answer employees queries about HR-related issues. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information. (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms. Arrange training, meetings, and office offsites. Monitoring and maintaining all SOPs Conducting regular training sessions and creating learning and development opportunities Working on organisational development, unity, cultural celebrations and team building

Qualifications:



Proven work experience as of 7-8 years in a senior HR role Computer literacy. (MS Office applications, in particular) Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills Human Resources Degree or relevant field. Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution. Knowledge of employment legislation. Excellent written communication skills. Protecting the interests of all employees. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Budget for Hiring:



5.5 lakhs to 6 lakhs per annum Designation: Manager HR
