Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Onboarding & Induction
Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive and transparent work culture.
Handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
Develop employee engagement programs and retention initiatives.
Performance Management
Implement appraisal systems and ensure timely performance reviews.
Identify training & development needs; coordinate L&D programs.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with organizational goals.
Payroll & Administration
Coordinate with accounts team for salary processing and statutory deductions.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS tools preferred.
Qualifications:
Bcom, Mcom, MBA in HR
2-3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a CA/Consulting/Professional Services firm.
