Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle recruitment, training, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance for our showroom. The ideal candidate will have a people-first approach and experience in retail or customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, and onboard showroom staff. Conduct training on sales skills, grooming, and product knowledge. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. Implement performance management and appraisal processes. Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field. 3+ years' HR experience (retail/showroom preferred). Strong communication and people management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
