Serve as a mediator in workplace conflicts and disputes.
3. Performance Management
Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with business goals.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll, benefits programs, and incentives.
Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Handle audits and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Conduct compliance training for employees and management.

Oversee HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records and HR databases.
