Key Responsibilities:
1.
Recruitment and Staffing
: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent in engineering and manufacturing. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
2.
Performance Management
: Implement and manage performance evaluation systems. Provide assistance to management and employees regarding performancerelated issues. Implementation of KPI/KRA parameters of employees.
3.
Training and Development
: Identify and assess training needs. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
4.
Employee Relations
: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, resolving workplace conflicts, motivating & supporting the employees in challenging situations.
5.
Compliances
: Ensure compliances with all the employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
6.
Compensation and Benefits
: Oversee compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and benefits administration. Ensure competitiveness and fairness in compensation practices.
7.
HR Policies and Procedures
: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
8.
Health and Safety
: Promote workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety standards.
Key Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in an
Logistics , Shipping, Freight Forwarding or similar industries
In-depth knowledge of
HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proven experience in
recruitment, employee relations, performance management and implementation of KPI/KRA of employees.
Proficiency in HR information systems (
HRIS
) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
