Drive end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
Develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job roles.
Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
2. HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR matters.
Support leadership with workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Oversee monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursal.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory filings.
Liaise with finance and external vendors as required.
4. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and optimize HR systems, employee records, and HRIS tools.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Handle onboarding, exit processes, and full employee lifecycle management.
Oversee grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
10-12 years of progressive HR experience
, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of handling recruitment, payroll, HRBP, and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Experience working in Manufacturing is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
